turbo nerd

yes, that is me and here i will tell you why.
so, i have'nt been very good about getting out and running. this is bad. couple that with the 930pm pizza hut pizzas, ice cream and chips, its all hanging out. its not pretty.
last weekend i managed to run two days in a row only to wind up breaking that streak when i took sirus to the er and then wound up sick on my own.
so, yesterday y i ran on the treadmill. nothing was on tv and usually i do'nt like watching movies out there but i put in lord of the rings, the fellowship of the ring because it was out there. i was totally getting into the movie, which was embarrassing enough, .but i was at the point when sam and frodo were leaving the shire and heading through the corn fields. mary and the hobbit that is now on lost jumped out, scared sam and frodo and i practically fell off the treadmill. it totally startled me. not cool.
so once i regained my composure i kept on running. now here is the really nerdish part. frodo got sgtabbed by one of those scary people and they were headed to riverdal where the elves live. liv tyler as an elf makes me want to be an elf, too. i never found her to be very interesting before but this time i was in total awe. when i told eric, he said i was already on my way since i had my elvish shoes. but then he corrected himself saying oh, that yeah, i only have shoes that were made by elves not for elves. i see myself being sucked into this D&D world of utter nerdom but the movie is really good. i don't know if it is because i am running and so there is a sence of urency although it does seem that i run towards the bad guys while they are running away from them. the best part about it tho is if you have ever seen Clerks 2. Randall gives a very good interpretation of the lord of the rings movies while trying to explain to elias (don't even get me started on mr pillow pants) and Marshall Flinkman from Alias, that starwars is much better. he is totally dead on and winds up making the hobbit lover, that is his character's name, throw up.
the poor kids. they are so sick! they have been coughing, snotting and fevering all weekend. today seamus cried and cried for no real reason. she didn't throw a tantrum, she just cried and cried is all. its so sad.
i am on vacation all this week. i have lots of stuff planned. taxes, hair, meetings (!), work (!!), and lots of drinking., i mean relaxing.
