so, i was in la as you know. i wore the fancy new shoes as i mentioned. once again i have been injured by my shoes.. ok, so when i was looking for the photo i read the description and found that they are 4" heels. while i am irritated that i am as injured as i am, at least i was injured by the 4-ers and not 1- or 2-ers. i push myself to the limits!! anyway, i can't walk. my left calf is totally screwed. on the right side. if i barely even touch it it totally kills. what a mess. i will be icing and taking it easy and not running for a bit. what a mess.
we did go for a family walk today tho. sirus got a haircut. seamus is going to be 3 in a few weeks and the pressure is on to try to figure out what kind of cake to make her.
eric ordered us a new couch for our family room. we didn't mean to find one we liked. we are content, although a little embarrassed, to keep the one we have now. ya know, the one covered in the blueberry waffle puke, the one where the cushions are upside down with the contrasting fabric facing upwards because the other side has holes. yeah, that one. but we happened up one we liked and it was a good price, now we just have to wait 7-10 weeks. that is longer then it takes to get a passport.
