Tons of possibilities! Quiet, private road leads to secluded man home with MIL apt below. Man home has 2 bed, full bath and 3/4 bath, fireplace. MIL has 2 bed 1 bath, woodstove, and wet bar.
i think a man home has no laundry room, no kitchen (those are both in the MIL unit, of course) a very large BBQ grill and lots and lots of wood panelling. Oh, and a mirror over the bed, of course.
